Bozeman here we come

RN: We say “Good-bye” to Fred, one of our Airbnb hosts, pack our friendly Tesla, return the rental car, and take off for Bozeman. Good-bye West Montana and west side of the Rockies!

We charge up in Missoula…

As we start driving through the Rockies that rise up gradually on the west side, there are huge chunks of rocks sticking out between the trees (hmmm…is this why they’re called the Rocky Mountains?). Take a look at the video below this photo…

After we cross the Continental Divide in pouring rain, we are greeted by a huge rainbow that spans the entire valley.

We arrive at our Airbnb, which is an A-frame high on a hillside.

It will be challenging for Felix to navigate the stairs from the bedroom upstairs to the bathroom below in the middle of the night. Hope I don’t hear a big plop!!

Here’s the view from our deck…

  1. I know Bozeman somewhat. That’s where we always fly into to visit my sister Colleen and her family in Gardiner….

Great rainbow. I always understand why they call it Big Sky Country.

I hope by now you did not hear a plop. Perhaps, Felix, you slid down that ladder on your bum?
