RN: We finally arrived home on Friday, August 30. Boy, is it nice to be back!! Below is a scratch map of the US where I marked the 33 states we traveled through. Of these, we stayed overnight in 24 of them. We put nearly 15,000 miles on our Tesla and always managed to connect to superchargers when we needed them without waiting. We found only one non-functioning charger that was obvious so we just switched to another next to it and we were fine. It was an amazing journey with lots of memories that are enshrined in this blog. As it is, the memories of where we went when are already blurring, but the special experiences and people we met are seared in my mind. Thank you for coming along with us through this blog!!

When we got back, our cat Meeko was in fine shape, and, apparently, figured out that our cable box was a nice warm place to sit.

Our very close friends and neighbors Jim and Charles welcomed us back with our other wonderful friends on Sunday with a fabulous dinner. Charles took this photo and Bill is at the far end of the table. We are so lucky!!
